Job Description:

Our Senior Conversion Analyst will play a key role in Conversion & Extraction Services, supporting successful client data migrations to Elite’s platforms. This remote position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who excels in both independent and collaborative work. The role involves overseeing data conversion projects, managing deliverables to meet timeline and budget goals, and translating complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language for stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the deployment of client data conversion projects, ensuring alignment with Elite’s methodology and standards.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Execute data extractions, conversions, and migrations using SQL and ETL tools.
  • Modify and execute T-SQL scripts, Stored Procedures, and Views to support project requirements.
  • Manage multiple data conversion activities simultaneously, ensuring on-time and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the improvement of 3E conversion processes, documentation, and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, sales teams, and internal teams regarding technical requirements and solutions.
  • Provide detailed estimates and consultancy for new business opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in data extraction, data conversion, and related technical project work.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL query development and execution.
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Microsoft Analysis Services, Informatica, or MuleSoft.
  • Strong understanding of SQL-based database systems and data mapping methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing competing demands effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with creative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Experience in the Legal finance sector or with financial/accounting systems (preferred).
  • Prior knowledge of Elite products and legal industry practices (preferred).
