Job Description:
Elite Technology is seeking a high-performing Global Account Director to manage and expand relationships with our most strategic clients. This is a key role within our fast-paced, growth-focused SaaS organization, responsible for maximizing client success and driving revenue across a portfolio of complex, high-value accounts. You will bring deep expertise in legal technology, ERP/financial systems, and strategic, value-based selling to influence C-level stakeholders and deliver transformational solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow a portfolio of global, multi-million dollar client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and expansion.
- Serve as the primary executive contact for strategic accounts, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to legal and finance leaders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with each client’s goals and industry trends.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), engaging cross-functional teams to deliver measurable client outcomes.
- Identify and close new revenue opportunities, including upsells, cross-sells, and transitions from on-prem to cloud.
- Deliver persuasive product demos and executive-level presentations to showcase value and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including product, implementation, and customer success—to ensure exceptional delivery.
- Track pipeline and performance through Salesforce and other CRM tools to drive results and accountability.
- Stay ahead of legal industry trends and competitive positioning to guide consultative sales conversations.
- Represent Elite at key industry events and client meetings as a senior commercial leader.
What You’ll Need:
- 7–10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales and account management, preferably in legal tech or legal services.
- Proven success managing and growing multi-million dollar enterprise accounts in complex B2B environments.
- Deep experience selling ERP, financial, or business management software solutions.
- Fluency in value-based and strategic selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in driving client ARR growth through strategic account development and expansion initiatives.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including CFOs, CIOs, GCs, and Managing Partners.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and commercial storytelling skills with the ability to influence C-level buyers.
- Experience in sales leadership or team mentorship roles is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales technology platforms.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent business training preferred.
