Job Description:
Our Senior Account Executive will play a key role in driving new business growth, supporting Elite’s expansion across the North American legal market. This remote position is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The role involves prospecting new accounts, leading consultative sales cycles, and closing new logo business with law firms using Elite’s cloud-based SaaS platform.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and cold call into a defined U.S.-based territory to generate new opportunities.
- Conduct discovery meetings with law firm stakeholders to uncover business needs.
- Deliver solution-focused presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
- Execute a consultative sales process from first meeting to contract close.
- Develop and maintain detailed account plans to guide engagement strategy.
- Accurately forecast pipeline progression and close rates using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams across finance, legal, marketing, and customer success.
- Track all sales activities and outcomes in Salesforce and related tools.
- Stay informed on legal industry trends, client feedback, and competitive landscape.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone within the United States and be available to work standard East Coast business hours.
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive or Account Manager role.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and winning new logo business.
- Experience selling ERP or platform-based SaaS products strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Gong).
- Strong consultative sales skills, with experience navigating complex sales cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with comfort presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a remote setting.
- Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management skills.
