Job Description:
Our Creative & Design Lead will play a key role in shaping our visual identity and brand architecture from the ground up. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a design leader who thrives across execution, systems, and strategy — with exceptional taste, speed, and clarity. The role involves building scalable creative systems, evolving our brand identity, and delivering high-performing visual storytelling across campaigns, web, and executive communications. This position is ideal for an AI-first designer who can balance creativity with structure, leading through both craft and vision.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and evolve the company’s brand identity and visual system to reflect our strategy and scale with growth.
- Own the core design system, creative principles, and brand guidelines that ensure consistency across all channels.
- Translate company narrative, product vision, and go-to-market priorities into high-performing creative frameworks.
- Deliver strategic, high-quality design across marketing campaigns, digital experiences, events, and sales collateral.
- Build scalable creative systems — including templates, asset libraries, and AI-enabled workflows — that empower self-serve design across the organization.
- Leverage tools like Figma, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, and Midjourney to increase creative speed and operational efficiency.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align creative output with commercial goals and brand storytelling.
- Produce and edit video, live event creative, and executive presentations that elevate company messaging and visual impact.
- Manage freelance designers and creative partners, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with briefs and brand standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 6–8+ years of experience in brand or creative roles at B2B companies with strong alignment to product and GTM functions.
- Proven experience defining, evolving, and scaling brand identity systems through structured processes and tools.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern design tools, with experience building component libraries and brand systems.
- Strong portfolio showcasing PowerPoint/presentation design, web design, campaign creative, live event design, and social assets.
- Ability to contribute to creative copy (ad copy, brand messaging, and social storytelling).
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Firefly, Midjourney) to accelerate creative development and automation.
- Outstanding visual design instincts — including typography, hierarchy, motion, layout, and storytelling.
- Comfortable operating in high-stakes, fast-paced environments with executive visibility and tight deadlines.
- Experience managing freelancers or agencies, crafting effective creative briefs, and maintaining quality and consistency.
Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation Package ($113,360 - $141,700 base salary + variable component)
- Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage (Health, Dental, Vision)
- Retirement Savings Plan with an Employer Contribution
- Professional Development Opportunities
