Clinical Lead
Location: Homebased with travel across London
Pay rates: £49,000-£50,000 + £3,000 car allowance
Permanent: Full-Time + on-call support

As a Clinical Lead, you will provide expert clinical leadership, ensuring care is delivered in line with organisational, professional, and national standards. You will undertake holistic assessments, develop and review personalised care plans, and lead on risk management to support the safety and wellbeing of clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Working in partnership, you will build trusted relationships and support care delivery through coaching, clinical training, and hands-on guidance. Clear communication, strong safeguarding practice, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement will support quality outcomes and uphold Ellea Nursing’s reputation.

 

Role requirements

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin and extensive post-registration experience
• Recent acute and/or complex community nursing experience
• Experience undertaking holistic clinical assessments and care planning
• Proven experience in risk management, incident reporting, and clinical governance
• Teaching and/or assessing qualification (e.g. mentorship)
• Adult or Paediatric Basic Life Support
• Experience working within an NHS setting
• Experience within the private healthcare sector (desirable)
• Proficiency in delivering excellent customer service
• The right to work in the UK
