As a Private Care Concierge, you will be play a vital role in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of care, ensuring every aspect of the package is organised, communicated, and executed to the highest standard.

You will work closely with the Clinical Lead and will support the ongoing development and smooth operation of the care package, helping to ensure that care remains responsive, well-coordinated, and bespoke to the client’s evolving needs.

This is a role where exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills will have a direct and meaningful impact, helping to deliver a high-quality and supportive care experience.

Role requirements

• Coordinate the daily running of the client’s care package, ensuring all operational elements are effectively managed and followed through.
• Act as a key point of contact for the client, their family, and the wider care team, supporting clear and professional communication.
• Support the Clinical Lead by coordinating actions from reviews, meetings, incidents, and changes in the client’s condition or care needs.
• Maintain and organise key documentation, including trackers, action logs, and reports to support oversight and continuity.
• Oversee non-clinical logistics such as supplies, equipment, and household arrangements, ensuring the environment supports safe and effective care.
