  • Own and drive one or more products from concept through launch and beyond, maintaining accountability for outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, Compliance, Customer Support, and Brand Partner teams to learn quickly, iterate rapidly, and ship high-quality products.
  • Build and maintain product backlogs that balance quick wins with long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Drive progress against milestones, resolve blockers, and maintain healthy team execution.
  • Gather and analyze user research, product insights, customer feedback, Brand Partner input, business data, and market analysis to inform product decisions and prioritization.
  • Create structured product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, technical specifications, workflows, launch plans, and post-launch success criteria.
  • Coordinate effectively across functions to ship products that work seamlessly across the customer journey.
  • Communicate clearly about what you are building, why it matters, progress updates, risks, tradeoffs, and key learnings.
  • Evaluate the trade-offs among customer experience, business impact, technical feasibility, operational readiness, compliance, scalability, and speed of execution.
  • Identify gaps and interdependencies across systems and proactively ship solutions that improve organizational efficiency.
  • Facilitate brainstorming, prioritization, and strategy sessions, distilling complexity into products that solve real problems.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
