Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform Quality Assurance manual testing of web-based applications
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with QA Director, Test Lead, developers, and other members of the team
- Support the ongoing creation and development of approaches to Quality Assurance
- Proactively communicate status updates of issues and resolutions to key stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Expertise in testing web client-server applications
- Experience in different testing methodologies and approaches
- Strong experience with TestRail (or other TMS), issue tracking systems, and related tools
- Experience in writing checklists and test cases creation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of bug tracking and test case management tools (Jira, TestRail)
- You have an ownership mentality with a strong bias to action and a preference for being hands-on
- Ability to learn new technology fast and working in a fast-growing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise with Selenium based automation frameworks as a plus
- Cross-browser/platform testing skills
- Understanding the health/insurance industry
