Job Description
Elwood is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Engineering Team where you will contribute to the design, development and analytical requirements of the Trading Platform whilst working closely with the Product Team.
Develop and enhance our trading platform adding new features and capacities
Working as a member of the Elwood Engineering team to ensure consistency across the instances and broader client build road map
Implementing and optimising execution and algorithmic trading strategies
Building new services to meet critical product and business needs using Golang
Building features that help customers collaborate on asset management
Working with engineers, designers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter
Monitoring and support of all production system components (trading algorithms, exchange connectivity, analytics, market data)
Enhancing our platform for low latency/high frequency trading
Maintaining a strong foundation of testing to avoid regressions.
Qualifications / Knowledge
3+ years experience in a similar role
Extensive knowledge working with data processing/Financial market data knowledge
AI collaboration using Cursor, Copilot or equivalent
Some familiarity with commonly used execution algorithms — such as VWAP, TWAP, POV
Built systems in event-driven or streaming architectures using systems such as NATS/Aeron
Experience of building systems around transaction cost analysis (TCA)
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance
Understanding of order pricing and routing
Strong experience developing large-scale concurrent, event-driven distributed systems
FIX protocol
Golang experience or other structured languages (C#, C++, Java)
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance
POSIX-oriented, Serverless Architecture, Public cloud experience GCP/AWS
PostgreSQL or other RDBMS
Experience in development and supporting trading systems (Desirable)
Understanding of financial markets, crypto markets and products (Desirable)

Elwood is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) based in our New York office to help fuel our growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. As part of our Revenue team, you’ll be at the forefront of building relationships, generating pipelines, and helping us expand our footprint in the digital assets and financial services space.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a client-first mindset, a passion for technology and markets, and the ambition to grow their career in SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead generation & outreach: Research and identify potential clients, competitors, and new business opportunities in the market. Proactively reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
Pipeline building: Nurture and qualify leads, ensuring a smooth handover to the Sales team.
Campaign Building: Design, execute, and optimize outbound campaigns across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, events, etc.).Networking & events: Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote Elwood and generate new leads.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align messaging, share insights, and refine go-to-market strategy.
CRM & reporting: Manage HubSpot, document all prospect interactions, and track performance to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
Tooling & Automation: Leverage modern sales tools, AI, and enrichment platforms to streamline prospecting and outreach.
Content creation: Assist with sales enablement materials (presentations, newsletters, client communications).
Market Research & Use Cases: Identify, articulate, and package relevant use cases to engage prospects effectively.
Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to share insights from the field and refine positioning.
Essential Skills & Experience
2+ years’ experience in a lead generation, business development role within fintech / SaaS.
Experience in digital assets (crypto) is required as well as a strong passion for the space.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a natural ability to spot opportunities and think creatively.
Strong communication skills with emotional intelligence; able to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues.
Organised, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose and implement process improvements.

Job Description
Elwood is looking for an experienced marketing lead who can own and execute our go-to-market strategy across our buy-side, sell-side and lending segments. The successful candidate will ensure the implementation of an effective marketing strategy, focusing on growing audiences and the uptake for products and services.
This role will be responsible for setting up tracking systems (hubspot, UTM), managing the editorial calendar and coordinating production workflows across Product, Sales, GCD and compliance.
Key duties of the role will include:
Implement the global marketing strategy aligned with the overall business goals which includes ownership of the Company website and social media accounts, digital marketing, advertising and communications
Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, customer growth and retention. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including events and digital marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and pipeline growth ensuring campaigns are adapted to meet the specific needs of localised markets.
Drive systematic nurture programmes, account-based marketing campaigns, conference/panels and content distribution campaigns consistently growing audiences across all marketing platforms including the use of SEO.
Collaborate closely with the sales and product team to understand their needs, provide them with tailored marketing efforts and ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies. Studying consumer behavior to identify market opportunities
Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI for all initiatives.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and events, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholder
Developing strategies to enhance the company's brand
Work closely with the Legal and Compliance Team to ensure understanding and compliance of marketing materials and content in a FCA regulated environment
Essential Skills and Experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in a marketing lead role including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS or Fintech marketing
Experience in trading/portfolio management solutions is highly desirable
Proficiency in digital marketing and automation tools, CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting KPIs
Demonstrated ability to build and scale marketing within a start up/scale up environment
Proven experience of digital marketing, branding, and product marketing.
Excellent communication skills
Experience working across multiple market regions
Ability to attend regular external events
