About the Opportunity

EMARKETER is actively planning for upcoming hiring across our Sales organization. This talent community allows us to proactively connect with experienced professionals ahead of anticipated Account Management openings.
Our Account Management team works with some of the world’s most influential brands, agencies, and organizations, helping them unlock digital opportunities through EMARKETER’s industry leading research, forecasts, and insights.
The Role and Team:
Account Managers at EMARKETER are responsible for owning and growing relationships with existing clients across a defined book of business. Depending on the role and level, this may include working with enterprise brands, agencies, key accounts, or SMB and mid market clients.
In these roles, you will act as a strategic partner to your clients, ensuring they see ongoing value from our subscription products while identifying opportunities to expand and deepen relationships over time.
This talent community spans multiple levels and segments within Account Management, including Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Account Director, Senior Account Director, and leadership roles.
These are hybrid roles based out of our New York City office, with regular in office expectations. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future and be within commuting distance of our New York City office. Relocation assistance is not available.
The Ideal Candidate Is:
- Comfortable leveraging technology, data, and AI powered tools to prioritize accounts, uncover insights, and drive strong client outcomes
- Consultative and strategic, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence multiple stakeholders across client organizations
- Experienced using CRM, analytics, and enablement tools to manage a book of business, identify growth opportunities, and support renewals and expansion
- Curious and adaptable, with an interest in how emerging technologies and digital trends impact client strategy and decision making
- Collaborative and energized by working cross functionally in a fast paced, evolving environment
What You Might Work On:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts within a defined book of business
- Building trusted relationships with decision makers and senior stakeholders
- Driving renewals and identifying upsell opportunities aligned to client goals
- Partnering with internal teams across Research, Marketing, and Product
- Ensuring clients realize ongoing value from EMARKETER subscriptions
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing and growing B2B client relationships in a subscription, SaaS, research, or data driven environment
- Demonstrated success renewing and expanding accounts against revenue targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders
- Comfortable using CRM, analytics, and enablement tools to manage accounts and inform strategy
- Experience supporting clients in marketing, advertising, media, technology, financial services, or related industries is a plus
