We’re hiring an Account Coordinator to join our Key Accounts team at EMARKETER

Team and Role:

At EMARKETER, we’re passionate about our customers’ experience and their ability to leverage our research and insights to make strategic decisions. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for building engagement and providing value to Fortune 100 brands and technology clients, as well as improving and ensuring our customer’s experience, engagement, and CSAT/NPS scores, and bridging the gap between sales activity and support. You will report to a Vice President, Principal Account Director and be responsible for helping to drive contract renewals and upsells.

This role is a hybrid role based in our New York City office in the Financial District, in-office 2-3 days a week minimum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase customer engagement and awareness within an assigned group of accounts to ensure an account is at full potential (i.e., all licenses/seats filled, users are aware of available content/product updates/events)
  • Use compelling language and available tools and techniques to create and monitor consistent touch cadences
  • Execute/ensure the success of new customer onboarding & relationship (i.e., license management, platform training, first 90 days of lifecycle)
  • Use engagement metrics to assess account status (growth, potential, risk, etc.) and work with the Vice President and Accounts team to address opportunities and challenges
  • Gather survey feedback/testimonials from customer end-users, confirming customer satisfaction metrics
  • Contribute to recurring customer relationship meetings with Vice President
  • Partner with sales operations on fielding and addressing customer support requests
  • Stay on top of the latest industry trends to use within engagement conversations
  • Track all activity in Salesforce

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a client facing role, preferably in account management, customer success, or sales support.
  • Interest in selling to or working in SaaS solutions, media, agencies, marketing/advertising, or retail companies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Value-based selling experience
  • Experience delivering presentations or training, SaaS platform preferred
  • Experience with client facing work, preferably in SaaS/media/publishing/advertising.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 (dependent on skills & experience)
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000-$75,000 (includes base salary + commission)
