We’re hiring a Chief Revenue Officer to lead our global revenue strategy and expand subscription growth at EMARKETER.
The Role and Team:
As Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for leading EMARKETER’s global subscription revenue strategy and execution. This role oversees new business sales, account management, sales enablement, and revenue operations, ensuring alignment across all revenue-driving functions. You will play a critical role in driving growth, expanding revenue streams, and elevating customer success. Collaborating closely with the executive team, you will shape EMARKETER’s go-to-market approach, delivering impact through strategic leadership and operational excellence.
This role is based in our New York City HQ at One Liberty Plaza; currently we have the option of two remote days a week.

- People-First Leader: Builds inclusive, high-performing teams through coaching, empowerment, and clear accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and align all revenue-driving functions—including new business sales, account management, sales enablement, and revenue operations—to drive EMARKETER’s strategic growth objectives.
- Design and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, integrating inbound, outbound, product-led growth (PLG), and strategic sales initiatives.
- Partner with the CEO to evolve EMARKETER’s revenue model, which could include monetization through APIs and services, and other related strategies.
- Optimize scalable processes, systems, and resource allocation to support efficient and sustainable growth.
- Set and manage revenue goals, KPIs, and forecasting, ensuring rigorous performance tracking and accountability.
- Drive a customer-first approach focused on long-term client success, engagement, and value delivery.
- Collaborate with the head of marketing and other executive peers to align product-market fit, market positioning, and go-to-market execution.
- Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative team culture that fosters innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Desired Experience & Skills:
- Executive leadership in high-growth, subscription-based research, data, or SaaS businesses. Experience in the advertising, marketing, or ecommerce ecosystem preferred.
- Proven success scaling revenue organizations and driving operational excellence.
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel go-to-market strategies, including product-led growth (PLG).
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in sales forecasting, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Deep understanding of customer success, retention, and value-based selling.

Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: $275,000–$310,000 (dependent on skills & experience)
- Additional performance-based compensation available (details discussed during interview process)
