This critical role, reporting into the Director of Product Marketing, will play a key part in bringing our brand to life through impactful experiences that drive pipeline, client engagement, and thought leadership.

You’ll work closely with marketing, content, sales, studio, and operations to manage our event calendar, coordinate logistics and programming, and ensure successful event execution from planning to post-event analysis.

This is a hybrid role working from our New York City HQ at One Liberty Plaza two times a week.

The Ideal Candidate Is:

  • An organized and proactive executor who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of event timelines, logistics, and communication
  • A strong communicator who can collaborate and project manage cross-functionally to bring internal stakeholders together toward shared event goals
  • A creative problem-solver who can proactively manage logistics and balance multiple deliverables all while keeping the attendee and stakeholder experience top of mind
  • A results-driven marketer who understands how events support demand generation and brand visibility—and can analyze performance accordingly
  • A team player with experience in both virtual and in-person events, who is excited to drive operational excellence and consistent event quality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of EMARKETER’s external and internal marketing events, including in-person and virtual tradeshows, conferences, networking events, webinars, internal sales summits, and President’s Club.
  • Maintain a rolling calendar of events and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on priorities, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Lead project management for assigned events—including pre-event planning, live-day logistics and production, and post-event reporting and recap.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for event content and programming needs, including speaker prep, recordings, moderating support, and sales alignment.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to align on audience targeting, promotional strategy, and lead hand-off processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships, event budgets, and contract negotiations across large- and small-scale events.
  • Track and report on event performance and ROI, sharing post-event insights, stakeholder feedback, and recommendations for improvement.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on in-person event marketing, sponsorships, and/or demand generation
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple timelines and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating in an integrated marketing environment, working closely with demand generation, content, and sales teams
  • Knowledge of virtual and in-person event best practices, including familiarity with event platforms (e.g., Zoom Events, Cvent, ON24)
  • Demonstrated experience managing pre- and post-event deliverables, calendars, and communication workflows
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with internal stakeholders and external partners, including senior leadership
  • Comfort working with marketing data and performance metrics to evaluate event success and optimize future efforts

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $70,000-$80,000 (dependent on relevant expertise, and industry network).
  • Unlimited PTO, 10 paid holidays, and 16 weeks of parental leave.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Matched and vested 401k plan.
  • Access to resources for financial planning guidance, family planning services, mental health reach-out, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
