Are you a results-driven sales professional with expertise in cybersecurity, endpoint management, and/or IT service management (ITSM) solutions? We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to drive business growth in the Western Japan region, primarily based out of Osaka. This high-touch role requires a passion for strategic account management, deep understanding of SaaS solutions, and the ability to collaborate with channel partners to deliver best-in-class IT solutions to enterprise customers.

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Enterprise Sales Leadership:
    Lead sales efforts targeting enterprise-level customers to promote and sell Ivanti’s cybersecurity, endpoint management, and ITSM offerings.
  • High-Touch Direct Engagement:
    Build strategic relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level decision makers while uncovering their IT challenges and aligning Ivanti’s solutions to meet their needs.
  • Channel Management:
    Collaborate with regional channel partners to amplify sales results. Leverage partner ecosystems to enhance sales strategies and close deals effectively.
  • Territory Coverage:
    Manage accounts within the Western Japan region, across industries including healthcare, finance, and other enterprise sectors.
  • Pipeline Development and Growth:
    Generate a robust pipeline by identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and employing consultative selling techniques.
  • Solution Selling Expertise:
    Provide tailored solutions using Ivanti’s portfolio, including SaaS-based platforms for cybersecurity, endpoint management, ITSM, and more. Position tools that empower the Everywhere Workplace.
  • Sales Quota Achievement:
    Consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals while maintaining a clear focus on long-term growth in the enterprise customer segment.

 

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

  • Industry Knowledge:
    Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions in the security, cybersecurity, endpoint management, or ITSM space at an enterprise level.
  • Enterprise-Level Expertise:
    Demonstrated ability to manage large enterprise accounts, with experience in industries like healthcare, finance, or other high-growth sectors.
  • Channel Collaboration:
    Strong capability to engage and manage channel partners, leveraging their network and resources to drive business success.
  • Sales Track Record:
    Consistent history of meeting/exceeding sales quotas with excellence in solution selling and strategic account management.
  • Territory Knowledge:
    Familiarity with the Western Japan region is essential, with a preference for candidates based in Osaka or nearby.
  • Bilingual Language Skills:
    Fluency in Japanese is required; proficiency in English is strongly preferred for collaboration with global teams.
  • Technical Acumen:
    Ability to understand and articulate the technical value of Ivanti’s products, particularly in cybersecurity and IT management disciplines.
