The Senior Enterprise Account Manager at Ivanti is responsible for building and executing against the pipeline for Ivanti's solutions within the Austrian customer base. The role requires strategic account management, strong sales performance, and the ability to run complex sales campaigns. About The Team

What You Will Be Doing

  • Build and execute pipeline for Ivanti’s solutions in the Austrian customer base.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and develop relationships with high-influence contacts.
  • Create and maintain Account Plans for internal teams.
  • Identify new projects in the customer base relevant to Ivanti.
  • Develop and execute qualified strategies to close revenue.
  • Maintain accurate analysis of forecasts, pipeline, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with virtual team members to prioritize customer engagements.
  • Exceed sales targets through strategic selling and relationship building.

 

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have

  • Minimum 5 years software sales experience
  • Proven track record of strong sales performance
  • Ability to run complex, multi-touchpoint sales campaigns
  • Excellent presentation, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to penetrate accounts at senior/executive level
  • Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a self-starter attitude
  • Experience in strategic selling
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

 

Roadmap for Success

  • First 90 Days:
    • Complete onboarding and training programs to gain a thorough understanding of our products and solutions.
    • Build relationships with key internal stakeholders and teams to establish a strong network of support.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the Austrian customer base and their specific needs.
    • Conduct thorough research on existing customers to identify high-influence contacts.
    • Create and implement Account Plans for each assigned territory.
    • Begin building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders at customer accounts.
    • Collaborate with Technical Consultants to understand the technical aspects of our solutions.
    • Start identifying new projects within the customer base that align with Ivanti's solutions.
  • First 6 Months:
    • Continue to develop and deepen relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Expand and diversify contact networks to uncover new opportunities within customer accounts.
    • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
    • Collaborate with virtual team members to effectively prioritize customer engagements.
    • Maintain accurate and timely analysis of forecasts, pipeline, and campaign progress.
    • Identify and act upon areas for improvement in sales strategies and processes.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • First 12 Months:
    • Continue to strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers.
    • Grow and nurture a pipeline of qualified opportunities within assigned territory.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Lead complex, multi-touchpoint sales campaigns with large organizations.
    • Provide timely and accurate analysis for the wider business to drive strategic decisions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding and addressing their evolving needs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
    • Continuously develop and refine sales strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.
