About Actively AI

Actively AI is defining a new category: Intelligence-Led Revenue.

Revenue organizations have always been bottlenecked on human capacity. Reps triage which accounts get attention. Context disappears at every handoff. On any given day, the vast majority of accounts have exactly zero people thinking about them.

Actively addresses this at the structural level. Our platform deploys Per-Account AgentsTM across our customers’ TAM, working 24/7 to research, identify opportunities, and advance next steps without being asked. Leading enterprises including Ramp, Ironclad, and Samsara are already making this shift.

Our co-founders are former Stanford AI researchers, and the team comes from Harvard, CMU, Berkeley, Brex, Scale AI, and Google. We've raised $68M from TCV, First Harmonic, Bain Capital Ventures, First Round Capital, and more.

About the Role

As a Product Specialist, you’ll become one of the deepest experts in how Actively works – and help our customers become experts too.

You’ll sit at the intersection of product mastery and customer enablement. You’ll learn Actively deeply – how our agents behave, how different configurations change outcomes, what makes a workflow click, and where users get stuck – and then translate that knowledge into exceptional experiences for our customers.

You’ll spend your time teaching users, experimenting with the product, configuring workflows, answering hard product questions, and helping customers discover the moments where an AI-native way of working suddenly clicks.

We’re looking for someone who is deeply curious about AI products, loves teaching people, and gets energy from tinkering, testing, and figuring out how to make the product work better for users.

One moment, you might be leading an onboarding for a team of Account Executives. The next, you might be experimenting with an agent configuration, figuring out why a workflow isn’t producing the expected result, reproducing a bug, or helping a rep discover a better way to use Actively in their day-to-day work.

Because you’ll see the product through users’ eyes every day, you’ll also be the most vital feedback loop into Product and Engineering – identifying recurring friction, emerging use cases, and opportunities to make Actively dramatically easier and more powerful.

This is a unique opportunity to become an expert in an emerging category of software. Agentic products are still new: the best ways to configure them, teach them, and integrate them into how people work are being invented right now. You’ll help figure that out alongside our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Become one of Actively’s deepest product experts. Learn the ins and outs of our agents, workflows, configurations, and product surfaces – and build intuition for what makes users successful.
  • Teach users how to win with the product. Lead onboarding, enablement, and hands-on working sessions that help users understand not just how Actively works, but how to incorporate it into the way they sell.
  • Experiment, configure, and optimize. Tinker with agents, prompts, templates, and workflows to understand what works, improve the user experience, and apply proven patterns across customers.
  • Be the first line of product diagnosis. When something behaves unexpectedly, investigate why – is it configuration, user behavior, data, or a product issue? Solve what you can and escalate when you uncover deeper engineering work is needed.
  • Turn customer interactions into product insight. Identify recurring friction, emerging use cases, and patterns in how users interact with Actively, and bring those learnings directly back to Product and Engineering.
  • Make what works repeatable. Turn recurring questions and successful approaches into guides, onboarding materials, and repeatable playbooks.
  • Help bring new capabilities to life. Learn new features deeply, figure out the best way to use them in practice, and help customers adopt them quickly.

Who You Are

  • You are extremely customer-obsessed. You genuinely like sitting with a user, understanding what isn’t working, and staying with the problem until they’re successful.
  • You are an exceptional communicator and teacher. You can make something complex feel simple, whether live on a call or in a 90-second Loom.
  • You love seeing users “get it.” You get genuine satisfaction from teaching someone something new, watching them have an aha moment, and helping them become more confident and effective with the product.
  • You are a product nerd. You love learning how products really work, testing different ways of using them, and developing intuition for what creates a great user experience. When something behaves unexpectedly, you want to understand why.
  • You’re excited by AI-native products and want to understand how agents work in practice – their capabilities, limitations, configurations, and edge cases.
  • You have enough technical fluency to be dangerous. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you’re comfortable with systems, data, configuration, debugging, and learning new technical tools.
  • You thrive in an early-stage environment where the playbook is still being written. You notice repeated patterns and naturally think, “How do we make this easier the next hundred times?”

Backgrounds That Could Be a Great Fit

We care more about the shape of your experience than your exact title. You may have 4-5+ years of:

  • Solutions Engineering / Solutions Consulting
  • Technical implementation or onboarding
  • Customer enablement with deep product ownership
  • Technical Customer Success
  • Product operations in a complex SaaS product
  • Sales or GTM, if you were the highly technical, product-obsessed person on the team and want to move closer to product

Experience selling to or working within modern GTM teams is a plus.
