ASI currently has a hybrid work model. All employees, who live within a one-hour commuting distance, are required to work onsite on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

 

In this role, you will enhance ASI's business growth by acquiring new members and upgrading existing memberships. This will be achieved through the strategic promotion and sales of ASI's products and services to both prospective and current members.

The Account Executive will report to the Executive Director, Distributor Sales. You will be integrated into our distributor sales department, collaborating with a team of highly motivated sales professionals.

Your responsibilities will include targeting specific prospect and existing customer segments to meet and exceed sales objectives. We seek a candidate who is driven, client-focused, and possesses exceptional communication skills.

Expected total compensation of $95,000 - $105,000 with a base of $60,000 - $70,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively prospecting for new members and upgrades to existing members.
  • Maintains sales activity goals, using strategies including cold calling and emailing, social media outreach, content marketing, lead generation tools, etc.
  • Responding timely to customer requests for information and utilizes sales skills to increase customer’s base value.
  • Handling ASI customer inquiries and questions to appropriate resolution.
  • Following prescribed sales presentations and demonstrations with accuracy and quality.

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Highschool/ GED required.
  • 2 years of business-to-business sales experience required.
  • Proficiency in using various sales and marketing technologies, such as CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), email marketing tools, and sales automation platforms.
  • Strong skills in digital communication, including email outreach, virtual meetings, and webinars.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques, such as using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or other prospecting tools.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools as they become available.
