Marketing Coordinator

Parsippany, NJ

The Marketing Coordinator will support both the AFR Wholesale and eLEND brands, ensuring seamless project management and execution of marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining up-to-date marketing materials, tracking changes, managing trade show strategies, and ensuring uniform branding across all documentation. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will oversee marketing invoices and organization of marketing assets.

Compensation

60-70K 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Ensure AFR Wholesale and Resource Center content remains current and accurate including proactive development of new content and ideas for optimal usage.
  • Track and manage marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables. 
  • Issue weekly status updates on ongoing marketing projects. 
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to create and provide new content and upgrades as needed, including presentations, marketing collateral, websites, and resource center.
  • Manage trade show strategies and deliverables; 
  • Develop creative ideas on a continual basis with the aim of driving retail and wholesale units;
  • Manage the monthly department invoice catalog
  • Organize project folders – ensure cleanup of documentation and easy access.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with AFR’s branding guidelines. 

 

Needs to have: 

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all marketing materials. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and marketing teams. 
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for developing creative marketing solutions. 

 

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS 

Travel is required 2- 5% of the time. 

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field. 

 

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

1 to 3 years of prior experience in the marketing field is preferred.
