Our team is differentiated by its expertise in imagining, engineering, and delivering robots with advanced mobility, dexterity, intelligence, and efficiency -- robots specifically designed to work alongside people, in spaces built for people. Every day, we break through engineering challenges and invent new solutions and capabilities that will one day make robots commonplace and approachable. This work is our passion and our responsibility: our mission is to make businesses more productive and people’s lives more fulfilling.

About The Role

Our product team is growing rapidly and we are looking for a talented product manager to join our agile, world-class team. Break down customer requirements into platform epics. Collaborate with the product leads to ensure customer requirements are accounted for in the platform roadmaps. Must understand customer requirements, KPIs, infrastructure, and operational constraints of customer environments.
  • Agile execution: Support agile development teams as product owner and key resource for backlog grooming, refinement, and scrum planning. Run demos and approve releases of core dev teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between engineering, design, commercial, and customers. Facilitate clear communication to keep everyone focused on delivering valuable, customer-driven features.

  • Experience writing Product Requirement Documents and Jira initiatives/epics for feature definition.
  • Experience managing a product backlog and iterative software releases.
  • Analytical skills to quantify impact of features and utilize data for prioritization.
  • Experience in Agile development, having served as Product Owner on multiple scrum teams.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
