Ihr Profil

Unser Ziel ist eine nachhaltige Wertsteigerung für unsere Klient:innen. Dafür suchen wir die besten Mitarbeitenden im Markt.

  • ab 7 Jahren einschlägige Berufs-/Beratungserfahrung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in großen, das gesamte Unternehmen betreffenden Transformationsprogrammen, Ertragssteigerung entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette, Outsourcing/Off- & Nearshoring, Personaloptimierung und -management, Einführung sowie Weiterentwicklung von Shared Services, Zero-Based-Budgeting und Clean Sheet, Gemeinkostenoptimierung, Operational Excellence Programme, Manufacturing Footprint Optimierung
  • Hohe finanzwirtschaftliche und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Modellierungskompetenzen in Verbindung mit einem vertieften Verständnis von Finanzberichten
  • "Track-Record" in der Erarbeitung von umsetzungsorientierten, qualitativen Lösungen, Koordination in multiplen Work Streams sowie Fähigkeit zur vollständigen Übernahme verschiedener Arbeitsbereiche
  • Hervorragende kommunikative und interaktive Fähigkeiten
  • Problemlösungsorientierte, unternehmerische und stark analytische Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr guter akademischer Background; Master, Diplom, PhD oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft bei hybridem Arbeitsmodell (remote, office, client-site)
  • Bewerbende müssen eine Arbeitserlaubnis haben, die es ihnen ermöglicht, in der EU zu reisen und zu arbeiten

Prior to disclosing your Personal Data to any third parties, we contractually require the third party to keep your personal data confidential subject to appropriate safeguards to prevent it from unauthorized disclosure. 
 
Your personal data may be transferred out of the European Union and shared with other companies within the AlixPartners group located in the United States.
