Procurement

Die externe Beschaffung von Rohstoffen, Waren und Dienstleistungen macht in der Regel zwischen 40 und 60% der Kosten eines Unternehmens aus. Eine Optimierung dieser Ausgaben durch einen effektiven Einkauf trägt signifikant dazu bei, nachhaltige Kostensenkungen zu erzielen, die die Profitabilität des Unternehmens maßgeblich steigern. Eine intensive Zusammenarbeit mit den Lieferanten leistet außerdem entscheidende Beiträge zur Innovation von Produkten und Produktionsverfahren. Ihr Profil

Unser Ziel ist eine nachhaltige Wertsteigerung für unsere Klienten. Dafür suchen wir nicht weniger als die besten Mitarbeitenden im Markt:

  • Zwischen 3 und 15 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, Beratungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in Materialkostensenkung, Verhandlungsführung, Weiterentwicklung der Einkaufs-Prozesse und der Organisation, Einkaufstraining und Kompetenzaufbau
  • Grundverständnis in der technischen Kostenreduzierung (i.S.v. Spezifikations-know-how, etc.)
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Digitalisierung und AI-Tools im Einkauf
  • Erfolgreiche Tätigkeit in technischer Kostenreduzierung (Design-to-Cost, Design-to-Value, Cost Engineering, Should Cost Analysen), sprich die Suche nach Optimierungsmöglichkeiten bei Produkten und Prozessen als integraler Bestandteil eines nachhaltigen Programms zur Materialkostensenkung.
  • Hohe finanzwirtschaftliche und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Modellierungskompetenzen in Verbindung mit einem vertieften Verständnis von Finanzberichten
  • Nachweislicher Track-Record in der Erzielung von umsetzungsorientierten, qualitativen Lösungen in multiplen Work Streams sowie Fähigkeit zur vollständigen Übernahme verschiedener Arbeitsbereiche
  • Hervorragende kommunikative und interaktive Fähigkeiten
  • Starke analytische, unternehmerische und problemlösungsorientierte Persönlichkeiten
  • Sehr guter akademischer Background; Master, Diplom, PhD oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft bei hybridem Arbeitsmodell (remote, office, client-site)
  • Aktuelle Passinhaber:innen, Staatsbürgerschaft und/oder Arbeitserlaubnis für Deutschland. Bewerbende müssen eine Arbeitserlaubnis haben, die es ihnen ermöglicht, in der EU zu reisen und zu arbeiten
