Investigations & Compliance

Wenn sich Unternehmen mit Vorwürfen zu Compliance-Verstößen konfrontiert sehen oder im Nachgang eines Vorfalls die Einhaltung von Compliance-bezogenen Maßnahmen sicherstellen möchten, dann sind wir zur Stelle. Egal ob Unregelmäßigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit Geldwäsche, Korruption, Sanktionen oder Buchführung – es gilt alle Fakten zu identifizieren und zu erkennen, wie sich kritische Kontrolllücken schnell schließen lassen.

Die Erfahrung zeigt: Je schneller reagiert wird, desto geringer die Einbußen in Ansehen und Unternehmensergebnis.

Wir führen Untersuchungen durch, agieren als unabhängiger Compliance-Monitor und können unmittelbar nach unserer Hinzuziehung weltweite Datenerhebungen durchführen. Darüber hinaus helfen wir Unternehmen, das Compliance-Risiko durch eine wirksame Governance, zielgerichtete Kontrollen und angemessene Prozesse zu verringern. Ihr Profil

Unser Ziel ist eine nachhaltige Wertsteigerung für unsere Klient:innen. Dafür suchen wir die besten Mitarbeitenden im Markt:

  • Dynamische Persönlichkeiten mit ausgeprägtem unternehmerischem und umsetzungsorientiertem Denken
  • Kritische Analytiker:innen mit einem starken Problemlösungsbewusstsein
  • Change Manager:innen mit der Einstellung, Veränderungen aktiv voranzubringen und hands-on zu implementieren
  • „Macher-Persönlichkeiten“ mit der Fähigkeit, sich schnell in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten und der Flexibilität, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld schnell zu umsetzbaren, durchdachten Lösungen zu gelangen
  • Idealerweise mindestens 3 bis 12 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Managementberatung / Private Equity oder in der Industrie, vorzugsweise der Finanzbranche
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Beratung von Finanzinstituten und/oder Industrieunternehmen zu Compliance-relevanten Sachverhalten (z.B. Geldwäsche, Sanktionsverstöße, Terrorismusfinanzierung) – präventiv, investigativ und/oder remedierend
  • Tiefgehendes regulatorisches Verständnis kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, die Auswirkungen auf Unternehmen einzuschätzen und innerhalb kurzer Zeit tragfähige Lösungen zu erarbeiten, die den Unternehmenserfolg nachhaltig sicherstellen
  • Nachweislicher Erfolg in der (Teilprojekt-) Leitung von umsetzungsorientierten Projekten mit multiplen Work Streams sowie die Fähigkeit zur Übernahme verschiedener Arbeitsbereiche
  • Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie den Willen in interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams zu arbeiten
  • Sehr guter akademischer Werdegang; Master, Diplom, Promotion oder vergleichbarer Abschluss von einer führenden Hochschule
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft – hybrides Reisemodell
  • Aktuelle Passinhaber:innen, Staatsbürgerschaft und/oder Arbeitserlaubnis für Deutschland. Die Bewerber:innen müssen eine Arbeitserlaubnis haben, die es Ihnen ermöglicht, in der EU zu reisen und zu arbeiten
