Unsere Teams unterstützen Klient:innen dabei, Integrationen schnell, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert umzusetzen. Wir identifizieren Synergiepotenziale, setzen belastbare Integrationspläne auf und stellen deren Umsetzung durch ein effektives Integration Management Office (IMO) sicher.

An der Seite unserer Klient:innen übernehmen wir eine führende Rolle bei der Steuerung komplexer Integrationen oder unterstützen gezielt bei kritischen Werthebeln – von Day-1 Readiness über Operating Model Integration bis hin zur nachhaltigen Verankerung von Synergien im Unternehmen.

Unser Beratungsportfolio fokussiert sich dabei auf die Post-Deal-Phase: von Integrationsstrategie und Planung über Execution bis hin zu Performance Tracking und nachhaltiger Wertrealisierung.

Ihr Profil

Unser Ziel ist eine nachhaltige Wertsteigerung für unsere Klient:innen. Dafür suchen wir Mitarbeitende mit starkem Umsetzungsfokus im Kontext von Post Merger Integration und Transformation.

  • 7 bis ca. 12 Jahre relevante Berufs- oder Beratungserfahrung in internationalen Projekten, insbesondere bei grenzüberschreitenden Post-Merger-Integrationen in sehr großen Transaktionskontexten sowie idealerweise in der Durchführung von commercial und operational Due Diligence
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Integrationsprogrammen von pre-Signing über Closing, Day 1 Planung und Integration
  • Erfahrung beim Aufsetzen und Leiten von Integrations Management Offices (IMO)
  • Erfahrung bei bereichsübergreifenden Transformationsprojekten
  • Verständnis für Operating Model Design, Cost & Revenue Synergies, sowie Day-1/Day-100-Planung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit starkem Umsetzungsanspruch
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung mehrerer Workstreams, sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Stakeholdern auch im internationalen Kontext / Cross-border
  • Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten auf allen Hierarchieebenen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Eigeninitiative und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Sehr guter akademischer Hintergrund; Master, Diplom, PhD oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft – hybrides Reisemodell
  • Bewerbende müssen eine Arbeitserlaubnis haben, die es Ihnen ermöglicht, in der EU zu reisen und zu arbeiten
