Als Praktikant:in bist du von Anfang an mittendrin. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Berater:innen zusammen, unterstützt sie im Projektalltag und bekommst spannende Einblicke in Themen wie Restrukturierung, Transformation und Wertsteigerung – oft in Situationen, in denen es schnell gehen muss und viel auf dem Spiel steht.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Analysen von Unternehmen im gehobenen Mittelstand und bei börsennotierten Firmen – finanziell, operativ und strategisch
  • Unterstützung bei Turnaround- und Restrukturierungsprojekten, z. B. bei Insolvenzverfahren, Sanierungskonzepten, Liquiditätsplanungen oder Fortbestehensprognosen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmodelle sowie integrierter Finanz- und Planungsmodelle (Financial Modelling)
  • Analysen von Kostenstrukturen, Identifikation von Effizienzpotenzialen und Erstellung von Business Cases
  • Eigenständige Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen und Aufbereitung von Infos und Präsentationen für unsere Klient:innen
  • Erste Methodenkompetenzen sammeln, um Ideen und Konzepte wirklich in die Umsetzung zu bringen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Berater:innen im Tagesgeschäft, oft in zeitkritischen Situationen

 

Dein Profil

  • Du bist im Master / oder hast soeben eine Master an einer renommierten Universität abgeschlossen – und bringst sehr gute Noten mit
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen aus Praktika (im Restrukturierungsnahen Umfeld) oder Engagements neben der Universität hast du schon gesammelt
  • MS Office ist für dich kein Problem, Excel beherrschst du sehr gut
  • Deutsch und Englisch sprichst du fließend (mindestens C1)
  • Analytisches Denken, unternehmerisches Verständnis und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, arbeitest gern im Team und übernimmst schnell Verantwortung
