What you’ll do

Our Performance team is seeking a Vice President to help companies address complex supply chain and operations challenges at critical inflection points—whether improving performance, building resilience, accelerating transformation, or responding to disruption. With a strong focus on sourcing and procurement, you will work directly with client executives and project teams to shape practical strategies, identify savings opportunities, support sourcing events and supplier negotiations, and translate recommendations into measurable business results.

In this role, you’ll help drive change across the broader value chain, including supply planning, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, inventory management, and network optimization. This is an opportunity to build experience quickly as part of a fast-paced team that values analytical depth, practical problem solving, action orientation, and the ability to help clients turn ideas into results when it really matters.
