Join our team as an Administrative Manager in Dallas! 

 

Core Competencies

  • Two to three years experience, preferably in an office environment
  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills

 

Key Areas of Responsibility 

Front Desk & General Office Support

  • Answer and direct calls on main office phone lines
  • Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Distribute incoming mail
  • Maintain a professional, organized front-of-office appearance
  • Reserve meeting space for employees and clients
  • Update and maintain Screencloud account
  • Support Best Buddy program participant

Event & Activity Coordination

  • Assist in the coordination of office events and business-related activities
  • Plan logistics for office meetings
  • Coordinate meal orders and setup for office events

New Hire Support

  • Serve as the point of contact for new hires on their first day of employment
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics (workspace setup, equipment, access card, welcome materials)
  • New employee communications

Committees & Programs

  • Lead Employee Committee and D&I Ambassador Group
  • Promote participation and ensure follow-through on committee initiatives

General Administrative Support

  • Act as a resource for day-to-day administrative questions and needs across the office
  • Support office leadership with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

 

Job/Performance Expectations

  • Positive helpful attitude towards visitors and employees
  • Knowledge of computer software packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable and motivated to learn
  • Diplomatic problem solver and results-driven
  • Written and verbal communication skills (in person and on phone)
  • Knowledge of office procedures, practices and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and in stressful situations
  • Ability to multi-task
