We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Senior Sales Executive with a track record of proven success, with 8+ years of software sales in a SaaS company, to join our ambitious team. As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Aquant, you are a hunter, you are a creative, energetic, self-starter who understands the sales process. You know how to sell innovation and disruption through customer vision expansion and can drive deals forward to compress decision cycles. You love understanding a product in depth and are passionate about communicating its value to the service leaders (C-Level, VP, Directors) of Fortune 500 companies. Always hunting for new opportunities, you must be able to close net new accounts while maintaining existing accounts.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • The ultimate goal is to win new logos for Aquant in EMEA.
  • Lead and execute the full deal lifecycle which includes overseeing all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation, identification of the business issue and how Aquant can bring business value, to expectation management and deal closure.
  • Generate a qualified pipeline of opportunities with prospects, and maintain accurately and timely the status, forecast, and progress in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with Presales, Data Engineers, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, and Development teams to win customers and to ensure adoption, customer success, and cross- and upsell.
  • Establish a deep understanding of customers’ individual business requirements and develop together with the team a business case that demonstrates to customers how they benefit by partnering with Aquant.
  • After winning a new logo for Aquant, relentlessly develop and drive a sustainable commercial and solution strategy across multiple divisions/business units and geographies to ensure our solution can scale globally.

What you bring to the table:

  • 8+ yrs. Enterprise software and solution-selling experience
  • A consistent track record of goal attainment and over-achievement
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, creative thinker with a can-do-attitude
  • An exceptional communicator both verbally and written - articulate, confident, self-aware and personable
  • Passion for technology and service. Ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Experience in Field Service Management is a plus
  • Experience and network in the Manufacturing and/or Medical Device industry is a plus
  • Able to build strong working relationships and execute across multiple cultures, geographies and time zones
  • Desire to work in a startup sales organization 
  • German native, fluent in English, an additional language is a plus
  • Must live in Germany
