Responsibilities

  • Core engineering and design of our Azure Endpoint Manager environment.
  • Core engineering and design of our Azure Intune MDM environment.
  • Core engineering and design of Azure/Office 365 environment.
  • Core engineering and design of Unified Collaboration space (Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
  • Proactively keep up to date with Azure Virtual Device updates and best practices.
  • Must be proficient with Nerdio AVD Enterprise management.
  • Refresh laptop/desktop and AVD images on regular bases.
  • Work with other departments in the creation of AVD Desktops that fit their needs.
  • Troubleshoot desktop and AVD issues that are escalated from the Service Desk Support team.
  • Work assigned service tickets.
  • Keep up to date on Windows operating systems.

 

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field, or 7+ years of experience working desktop management systems.
  • Azure Virtual certifications is preferred
  • Microsoft certifications is preferred
  • In depth knowledge of deploying, maintaining, and expanding Azure AVD.
  • In depth knowledge of deploying, maintaining, and expanding Azure HCI.
  • In depth knowledge of deploying, maintaining Windows operating systems.
  • PowerShell Scripting Required.
  • Good communication Skills, the ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical people.
  • The ability to work in a team environment.
