About the Role: 

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team as we develop cutting-edge AI-based Logistics Planning and Transportation Management software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end product development process for our Logistics and Transportation product suite. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure successful implementation. 

As a Product Manager, you will drive product strategy and roadmap planning, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. You will collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features, define user stories, and deliver roadmap items on time. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions. 

 

You Will: 

  • Drive product strategy and roadmap planning for Logistics, Transportation, and Global Trade Management solutions 
  • Define product requirements for shipment visibility, carrier management, and load optimization capabilities 
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch 
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to prioritize features for AI-driven logistics automation 
  • Work on carrier onboarding, rating/routing, and shipment lifecycle management features 
  • Define requirements for global trade compliance including tariff classification, customs, and trade regulations 
  • Drive EDI integration capabilities and carrier collaboration workflows 
  • Gather customer feedback, contribute to proposals, provide input to product pricing, and help drive customer adoption 
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success 
  • Present product updates and roadmap plans to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner 
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches 

 

You’ll Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus 
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably delivering solutions within the Transportation or Logistics industry 
  • Strong understanding and experience of Logistics Planning, Transportation Management (TMS), Freight Optimization, Route Planning, or Warehouse Management (WMS) 
  • Knowledge of EDI, API, agents standards and logistics data exchange (EDI 204, 214, 990, 997, etc.) 
  • Understanding of shipment lifecycle management (booking, tendering, tracking, POD, freight audit) 
  • Experience with logistics/transportation software (Oracle TMS, SAP TM, Blue Yonder, project44, FourKites, or similar) 
  • Knowledge of multimodal transportation (road, rail, ocean, air) and global trade management 
  • Proven track record of delivering successful software products and driving business growth 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions 

 

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience with AI/ML-driven logistics optimization and predictive ETA solutions 
  • Knowledge of HTS classification, duty/tariff calculation, and trade compliance automation 
  • Experience with denied party screening, sanctions, and export controls 
  • Understanding of FTA (Free Trade Agreement) and duty drawback processes 
  • Knowledge of real-time visibility platforms and IoT integration 
  • Experience with agentic AI or autonomous logistics workflows 
  • Experience with carrier management, load optimization (FTL/LTL), and freight audit 
  • Startup experience preferred 

Salary Range: $140k-$180k/year
