About the Role
Avathon is seeking a hands-on, high-impact Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruiting efforts across both technical and commercial organizations.
In this role, you will balance full-lifecycle recruiting with process execution, blending deep sourcing capabilities across complex technical profiles (AI, Data Science, Software Engineering) with commercial GTM functions (Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Customer Success). You will partner directly with US executive leadership and hiring managers while collaborating with our recruitment team in India.
Responsibilities
- Own full-lifecycle recruiting across technical (AI/ML, Data Engineering, Software Architecture, Product) and GTM/commercial roles (AEs, SDRs, Field Marketing, Demand Gen, Revenue Operations).
- Develop creative, proactive multi-channel sourcing strategies to pipeline diverse, high-caliber passive talent across hyper-competitive tech markets.
- Partner closely with and provide clear guidance, candidate calibration, and process direction to our recruiting team in India to ensure global alignment and delivery execution.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to executive leadership and hiring managers, offering market intelligence, candidate compensation guidance, and realistic timeline expectations.
- Implement structured interviewing practices, standardized scorecards, and interviewer calibration sessions to improve decision quality and candidate experience.
- Maximize Greenhouse to manage pipelines, maintain high data hygiene standards, track funnels, and generate real-time reporting metrics for leadership.
- Leverage external agency resources strategically when needed, managing vendor delivery and performance to fill niche or high-urgency roles.
- Deliver a high-touch, consistent candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding partnership.
Required Experience
- 6+ years of progressive, full-cycle talent acquisition experience within high-growth technology or SaaS organizations, with a proven track record balancing both technical (AI/ML, Engineering) and commercial GTM (Sales, Marketing) hiring.
- Balanced recruiting expertise: Demonstrated success sourcing and closing both highly technical roles (AI, ML, Data Science, Software Engineering) and commercial GTM profiles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
- Experience collaborating with offshore recruiting teams (specifically in India) to drive global hiring alignment.
- Expertise with Greenhouse ATS (or equivalent modern ATS) and a commitment to meticulous recruiting data hygiene.
- Strong understanding of structured interviewing methodologies, talent analytics, and pipeline metrics.
- Proven track record leveraging recruiting market data to consult with hiring managers and navigate complex offer negotiations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the agility to shift between executive strategy discussions and hands-on sourcing.

Salary:
The base salary range for this role is between $130,000 to $160,000 annually.
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
