Build the story of Physical AI. Show the world what industrial autonomy looks like.

Avathon is building the future of Physical AI by bringing intelligence and autonomy to the industrial systems that power, produce, move, and protect the world.

Our technology is being applied to some of the most consequential real-world environments: energy, mining, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and global supply chains. From our strategic partnership with Aramco Digital and work across the Saudi industrial ecosystem, to our work with Airbus, Boeing, and the U.S. Department of War, Avathon is helping leading organizations move from AI insights toward intelligent, increasingly autonomous operations.

We are now looking for an exceptional Senior Creative & Video Producer to help tell that story. You will be Avathon’s internal creative and multimedia powerhouse - Part filmmaker, part storyteller, part brand builder, and part AI-native creator. You will translate complex technology and extraordinary industrial environments into compelling content that makes people understand and feel the scale of what Avathon is building. You will have the opportunity to tell stories from oil fields and mines to aircraft production, defense operations, factories, and global supply chains. Your work will help define how customers, talent, investors, policymakers, and the broader market experience the Avathon brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Own video storytelling end-to-end. Develop concepts, write scripts, direct, shoot, light, edit, animate, and deliver exceptional content across customer stories, executive narratives, product launches, events, social media, recruiting, and brand campaigns.
  • Turn breakthrough industrial AI into powerful stories. Work directly with executives, engineers, customers, and partners to translate sophisticated Physical AI capabilities into narratives that are visually compelling, technically credible, and easy to understand.
  • Capture Avathon in the real world. Produce content around major customer and partner initiatives, executive engagements, industrial deployments, conferences, and on-location shoots across energy, mining, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and transportation.
  • Build an unmistakable visual identity. Help establish the creative language for Avathon across video, motion graphics, photography, digital content, and social, creating a brand that feels as advanced and consequential as the technology we are building.
  • Create a high-velocity content engine. Turn a customer interview, keynote, webinar, product demonstration, or field shoot into a portfolio of high-impact assets from flagship films to 30-second social cuts, executive clips, animations, and campaign content.
  • Be AI-native in how you create. Experiment aggressively with generative video, imagery, voice, animation, editing, and production workflows using tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Descript, ChatGPT, and emerging creative AI platforms.
  • Make complex technology visual. Develop creative ways to bring concepts such as computational knowledge graphs, digital twins, autonomous agents, predictive intelligence, computer vision, and autonomous industrial operations to life.
  • Operate with the speed of a startup and the quality of a global brand. You should be equally comfortable creating something exceptional yourself in 48 hours and directing external agencies or production partners when a larger production requires it.

What We’re Looking For

  • You are a maker first. You don't need a large agency, production crew, or extensive brief to create exceptional work. You see a powerful story, figure out how to capture it, and execute.
  • You bring 6-10 years of exceptional hands-on experience across video production, editing, motion, and multimedia storytelling, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong creative judgment and the ability to make sophisticated subjects compelling.
  • You can independently concept, script, shoot, light, record, edit, animate, and deliver professional-quality work. You are highly proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, and comfortable operating professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Just as importantly, you are already experimenting with AI-native creative workflows and are excited by how rapidly the creative profession is changing.
  • Experience in enterprise technology, AI, industrial technology, aerospace, energy, defense, automotive, or another technically sophisticated category is valuable, but exceptional storytelling ability and intellectual curiosity matter more.

Why Avathon

This is a rare opportunity to help build the creative identity of a company defining an entirely new category. The stories are already extraordinary: AI operating across some of the world's largest industrial assets, mines, aerospace programs, energy systems, factories, and defense environments. Your job is to make those stories impossible to ignore. You will work closely with Avathon's leadership, technology teams, customers, and partners and have unusual access to the people and environments shaping the future of Physical AI.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
