  • Implement structured interviewing practices, standardized scorecards, and interviewer calibration sessions to improve decision quality and candidate experience.
  • Maximize Greenhouse to manage pipelines, maintain high data hygiene standards, track funnels, and generate real-time reporting metrics for leadership.
  • Leverage external agency resources strategically when needed, managing vendor delivery and performance to fill niche or high-urgency roles.
  • Deliver a high-touch, consistent candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding partnership.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven track record building university recruitment programs and engaging advanced degree candidates (PhDs, MBAs, early-career researchers).
  • 6+ years of progressive, full-cycle talent acquisition experience within high-growth technology or SaaS organizations, with a proven track record balancing both technical (AI/ML, Engineering) and commercial GTM (Sales, Marketing) hiring.

  • Experience collaborating with offshore recruiting teams (specifically in India) to drive global hiring alignment.
  • Expertise with Greenhouse ATS (or equivalent modern ATS) and a commitment to meticulous recruiting data hygiene.
  • Strong understanding of structured interviewing methodologies, talent analytics, and pipeline metrics.
