SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Content Manager to lead and execute our content strategy across EMEA and APAC markets. Reporting into the global content leadership team, this individual will be responsible for crafting impactful content that drives engagement, supports pipeline growth, and strengthens brand awareness across diverse international audiences. In this role, you will act as a regional content lead, managing the full content lifecycle—from strategy and ideation to execution and performance measurement—while ensuring alignment with our global marketing and brand initiatives. You will serve as a strategic partner to and collaborate closely with the Content Manager and Content Writer in North America, as well as work with demand gen on campaigns and the customer marketing team, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing goals and customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and content performance expertise, along with experience creating content that resonates with B2B audiences in international markets.

If residing within commutable distance to our Maidenhead office, a hybrid schedule would be offered (3 days in office, 2 days work from home).  Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance but who still reside in England.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead content strategy and execution for EMEA and APAC markets, ensuring alignment with regional business goals and global brand strategy.
  • Serve as the regional content lead in partnership with demand generation campaign leads, customer marketing, and product marketing teams to deliver targeted content that supports all efforts
  • Own the end-to-end creation, localization, and management of regional content assets, including thought leadership articles, regulatory focus, white papers, eBooks, case studies, webinars, social media content, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the North America content team to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with brand voice and tone across regions.
  • Ensure all content is culturally relevant and tailored to regional audience preferences across EMEA and APAC while maintaining global brand standards.
  • Leverage insights from product marketing research, buyer personas, and sales feedback to identify content gaps and opportunities to strengthen storytelling across channels.
  • Align closely with sales and subject matter experts to manage stakeholder relationships and act as a content consultant, advising on the right assets for specific stages of the customer journey.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables, managing content production workflows with internal contributors and external agencies or partners.
  • Leverage deep understanding of emerging trends and regional nuances as well as regulations to refine content strategies and share insights with North American counterparts to ensure a unified global approach

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or editorial management within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven success managing and executing multi-channel content strategies across EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and adapt messaging for different audiences and cultural contexts.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, SEO best practices, and content performance analytics.
  • A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a keen eye for brand storytelling.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in localization strategies and working with translation partners is a plus.
