SUMMARY

As the Product Marketing Manager for Industry Solutions, you will be responsible for positioning, messaging, and driving go-to-market success for our solutions that help clients in industries including Chemicals, Construction, Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Utilities manage safety compliance and risk for their suppliers and subcontractors.

Your deep understanding of industry-specific challenges, regulatory environments, and operational needs will shape product strategy, support marketing campaigns, elevate market awareness, and enable sales growth. You will play a key role in leading market intelligence, competitive positioning, and industry insights to drive demand and engagement.

This role is ideal for a strategic and results-driven marketing professional with a strong grasp of industry operations and risk management. You thrive in complex environments, excel at translating technical solutions into compelling messaging, and have a proven track record of executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable business impact.

If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be offered (3 days in office, 2 days work from home).  Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance to an office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Market & Customer Intelligence – Develop a deep understanding of industry trends, customer personas, business value drivers, and regulatory requirements to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Messaging & Positioning – Lead the development of thought leadership content, sales enablement assets, and campaign messaging to support demand generation, customer retention, and sales initiatives.
  • Product Launch & Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy – Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Advisory Services, and Marketing to craft compelling value propositions and execute effective product introductions and releases.
  • Sales Enablement & Growth Support – Develop battle cards, playbooks, sales tools, and training materials to empower sales teams with the right messaging and industry domain knowledge.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization – Define KPIs, track success metrics, and continuously optimize strategies based on data to ensure business growth and alignment with company objectives.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in a software or technology-driven services environment
  • Expertise in marketing industry solutions within Construction, Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or other relevant sectors
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
  • Strong PowerPoint, writing, and storytelling skills
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills
  • Experience using collaboration tools such as Teams, Figma, or similar platforms
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and a growth mindset with a passion for learning and collaboration

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with technology enabled services marketing
  • Experience marketing Contractor Management, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE), or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions

At Avetta, we are committed to salary transparency to ensure equitable hiring practices and promote trust. The salary range included in this job posting is based on internal and market data and the role's responsibilities. The final compensation offered to a candidate will be determined by several factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The salary range for this position is $74,000 - $163,000 USD per year, with a potential bonus.
