Regional Marketing Manager - NAM Central

The Central Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth across key states in the Central region. The ideal candidate will be a creative and results-driven marketing professional with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and the ability to tailor programs that resonate with local audiences. This role requires close collaboration with sales teams, channel partners, and corporate marketing to ensure alignment and the successful execution of go-to-market strategies in the Central region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional marketing plan for the Central, aligning with the company's overall objectives and sales targets.
    • Conduct market analysis to understand trends, opportunities, and challenges specific to the Central region and incorporate these insights into tailored marketing campaigns.
    • Work closely with sales teams to create localized strategies for key accounts and prospecting opportunities in the region.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Execute demand generation programs including digital marketing campaigns, regional events, webinars, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
    • Lead the planning and execution of regional events such as conferences, trade shows, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
    • Collaborate with content marketing to localize messaging, case studies, and sales materials for the Central audience.
  • Sales Alignment & Enablement:
    • Partner with the regional sales teams to understand their goals and challenges, providing marketing support that accelerates deal velocity and drives growth.
    • Provide sales enablement tools, including localized collateral, presentations, and outreach templates to help sales teams engage prospects effectively.
    • Collaborate with partner and channel teams to co-market with key partners in the Central region.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of regional marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation, pipeline growth, and ROI.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on regional marketing activities, KPIs, and key results.
  • Budget & Vendor Management:
    • Manage the Central regional marketing budget, ensuring the optimal use of resources to maximize impact.
    • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and event organizers to execute campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on regional or field marketing.
    • Proven experience in developing and executing regional marketing strategies, ideally within the Central region.
    • Experience in technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or related industries is highly preferred.
    • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and execution.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal stakeholders.
    • Creative problem solver with a data-driven mindset, able to analyze metrics and pivot strategies as needed.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Proficient in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Annual Salary Range (does not include bonus or equity)

$139,000 - $160,000 USD
