The Implementation Solution Consultant, Workforce AI is responsible for designing and delivering customer solutions during implementation within a healthcare technology environment. Acting as the bridge between customers, data, and system capabilities, the consultant partners directly with clients to shape solution design, validate data and integrations, and guide key decisions. The role requires strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and the ability to translate complex workforce and scheduling needs into scalable, practical solutions. While not coding-focused, it involves working with data (including SQL), supporting integrations, and ensuring reliable, high-quality implementations that align with both customer requirements and platform best practices.

Responsibilities: 

Solution Design & Customer Consulting

  • Partner directly with customers during implementation to shape solution design that meets business requirements while aligning with platform capabilities and best practices
  • Lead and contribute to customer‑facing, solution‑oriented discussions, helping customers understand options, constraints, risks, and tradeoffs
  • Translate complex healthcare workforce and scheduling needs into clear, actionable solution recommendations
  • Serve as a trusted implementation advisor, guiding how configuration, data, and integrations impact downstream outcomes

Technical & Data Analysis (Supporting Solution Decisions)

  • Build and apply a deep understanding of platform data flow, including backend data structures, system relationships, and processing logic
  • Use SQL queries to independently investigate data, validate assumptions, and support troubleshooting and implementation decisions (no application coding required)
  • Review and validate inbound customer data for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with solution and business requirements
  • Identify data quality issues, edge cases, and structural risks, and propose appropriate paths to resolution
  • Evaluate how data structure and configuration choices affect application behavior, system performance, and customer experience

Integrations & Data Flow

  • Support complex customer integrations, including iPaaS workflows (e.g., Workato) and file‑based integrations (SFTP)
  • Review and validate file formats, data mappings, schedules, and integration logic to ensure reliable, scalable data exchange
  • Partner closely with Engineering to clarify requirements, validate outcomes, and troubleshoot integration‑related issues without owning code development
  • Support integration testing, go‑live readiness, and post‑implementation stabilization
  • Contribute to defining repeatable, scalable integration patterns used across customers

Documentation, Enablement & Continuous Improvement

  • Translate technical solutions into clear, customer‑ready guidance and internal enablement materials
  • Contribute to implementation documentation, solution design standards, data validation frameworks, and best practices
  • Surface recurring risks, gaps, and inefficiencies to Implementation leadership
  • Provide structured feedback from customer implementations to inform product improvements and delivery process enhancements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, solution consulting, systems analysis, system administrator or a similar role within SaaS, enterprise software or healthcare organization
  • Experience with UKG / Kronos advanced scheduling in an implementation, consulting, integration, or system administration role
  • Knowledgeable in healthcare workforce management, including scheduling, staffing and operational workflows
  • Prior involvement in solution design for complex, data‑heavy implementations
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with demonstrated ability to connect business requirements, system behavior, and data
  • Working knowledge of SQL (or the ability to quickly learn) to support data investigation and analysis
  • Experience supporting integrations and data workflows (iPaaS and/or SFTP)
  • Experience validating, troubleshooting, and interpreting customer data in implementation or production environments
  • Proven ability to engage directly with customers in a consultative, solution‑focused capacity
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving, and evolving environments

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $110,000 to $130,000.  

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
