Marketing & AI Ops Manager

This is not a traditional marketing ops role. We're looking for someone who builds, automates, and operates at the intersection of modern marketing infrastructure and AI-powered workflow engineering. If your instinct is to fix a broken process rather than document a ticket when you spot one, you're our kind of person.

You'll own the systems and data pipelines that make our demand engine run, from lead capture to conversion tracking to campaign quality assurance. You'll architect automation workflows, experiment with AI agents to accelerate ops velocity, and keep our martech stack running cleanly and intelligently. You'll work closely with marketing, sales leadership, and rev ops to close the loop between program execution and revenue data.

This role sits at a genuinely interesting moment for the category: the playbook for AI-era marketing ops is still being written, and you'll have real latitude to shape how we build it at BigID.

What you'll own

AI systems and automation

  • Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents to automate repetitive marketing ops tasks
  • Build and maintain process automations across the martech stack
  • Identify automation opportunities across campaign operations, lead processing, and data quality
  • Stay current on emerging AI tooling (MCP integrations, LLM-powered ops, etc.) and bring relevant innovations in-house

Campaign operations

  • Coordinate lead enrichment and normalization pipelines
  • QA landing pages, campaign sequencing, form routing, and nurture workflows end to end
  • Own conversion tracking infrastructure and attribution modeling
  • Ensure data integrity across campaign inputs and outputs

Martech stack ownership

  • HubSpot: campaign configuration, lifecycle stages, reporting, and workflow management
  • Chilipiper: meeting routing logic, form concierge setup, and inbound lead handling
  • Navattic: interactive demo management and performance tracking
  • Warmly: intent signal monitoring and site visitor enrichment
  • GTM / GA4: tag management, event tracking, and conversion configuration

Data quality governance

  • Own and enforce data hygiene standards across marketing systems
  • Build processes to catch and remediate dirty data before it reaches pipeline

Must-haves

  • 3 to 6 years in marketing operations, rev ops, or a closely adjacent function
  • Hands-on HubSpot administration experience (not just reporting access)
  • Strong working knowledge of GTM and GA4, including custom event configuration
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain automated workflows without engineering support
  • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and lightweight scripting (Python, JS, or similar)
  • Sharp instincts around data quality, attribution, and funnel analytics
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward building over process-documenting

Strong pluses

  • Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered workflows in a marketing or ops context
  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations
  • Prior experience with Chilipiper, Navattic, Warmly, or comparable tools
  • Background in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in security or data

Who you are

  • You solve problems by building things, not by escalating them
  • You think in systems and spot dependencies others miss
  • You can move fast without leaving a trail of technical debt
  • You're energized by the pace of AI tooling development, not intimidated by it
  • You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
