About the Role: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Payroll and Benefits Specialist with 5+ years of experience to support payroll processing and benefits administration across multiple countries globally, with a strong focus on Europe (Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, the UK, and Germany). This role will collaborate closely within the Total Rewards team to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll and benefits operations, while driving continuous improvement and enhancing processes and systems.

What You'll Do:

Global Payroll

  • Manage and support end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries, with primary responsibility for European payrolls (Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, the UK, and Germany)
  • Prepare, review, and validate payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across regions
  • Partner with regional payroll vendors and Finance to ensure compliant and efficient payroll execution
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations, tax filings, and year-end activities (e.g., P60s, P45s, and local equivalents)
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers
  • Maintain payroll documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements

Global Benefits

  • Administer employee benefits and wellness programs globally, with a primary focus on European countries
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and enrollments
  • Coordinate with local brokers and global vendors to manage country-specific benefits plans
  • Lead or support annual enrollment and renewal cycles across multiple countries
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and statutory requirements, including EU statutory leave (e.g., annual leave, sick leave,
    maternity/paternity leave) and country-specific variations

Data, Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and payroll systems across regions
  • Ensure data integrity and generate reports and insights for payroll and benefits analysis
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and statutory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead or support implementation of best practices

What You'll Bring: 

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, HR operations, or total rewards
  • Experience supporting multi-country payroll and/or benefits, with strong exposure to European countries (Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, the UK, Germany preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Attentia, and other European payroll vendors
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, benefits administration, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including familiarity with EU statutory leave frameworks
