About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Lead to drive the planning and execution of Blueprint's marketing programs. This is a hands-on role for someone who can translate company growth priorities into a clear market story, coordinated campaigns, compelling customer proof, strong sales enablement, and measurable engagement across Blueprint's services, solutions, industries, and strategic partner channels.

You will manage the day-to-day marketing function while working closely with Client Development, Alliances, solution leaders, delivery teams, recruiting, and executive stakeholders. You will bring structure to the marketing calendar, set clear priorities, maintain high standards for brand and content, and ensure work moves from idea through execution, measurement, and improvement.

The right person is both strategic and willing to do the work. You can develop a campaign plan, sharpen positioning, guide content creation, improve a sales presentation, troubleshoot an underperforming channel, and give leadership a clear view of what marketing is producing and what should happen next.

What You'll Own

  • Develop and execute an annual and quarterly marketing plan aligned with Blueprint's growth priorities, solution areas, strategic partnerships, industry focus, and Client Development goals.
  • Build and maintain a clear messaging architecture that connects Blueprint's company story, solution portfolio, industry expertise, strategic partnerships, customer outcomes, and differentiated intellectual property across channels.
  • Translate business priorities into an integrated marketing calendar with clear audiences, messages, offers, channels, owners, timelines, budgets, conversion paths, and success measures.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across web, email, social media, events, webinars, partner channels, paid media, thought leadership, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Client Development and solution leaders to build demand-generation and account-expansion programs that support qualified pipeline and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Own campaign planning from initial brief through launch and follow-up, ensuring content, creative, audience, lead routing, seller engagement, and measurement are connected.
  • Guide the development of blogs, case studies, customer stories, white papers, webinars, podcasts, presentations, landing pages, newsletters, and other market-facing content, prioritizing measurable customer outcomes over generic technology messaging.
  • Work with subject matter experts to turn technical expertise and customer outcomes into clear, differentiated stories for executive, business, and technical audiences.
  • Create a repeatable customer-proof program that captures quantified outcomes, customer perspectives, technical credibility, and reusable evidence in a consistent case-study and testimonial format.
  • Maintain Blueprint's brand voice, messaging, visual standards, company descriptions, solution language, and market positioning across the website, social channels, events, sales, recruiting, and internal materials.
  • Balance the visibility of strategic partner practices with a clear, cohesive story about Blueprint's broader capabilities, solutions, industries, and business value.
  • Manage partner marketing activity, including joint campaigns, events, seller enablement, customer proof, co-marketing opportunities, and follow-up tied to measurable business goals.
  • Oversee sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates, battlecards, and executive pursuit content; ensure materials are current, useful, and aligned with Blueprint's positioning.
  • Manage Blueprint's website content, solution and industry pages, campaign landing pages, email programs, social presence, search visibility, and digital performance in coordination with internal and external resources.
  • Improve digital conversion journeys by aligning page messaging, offers, calls to action, forms, lead capture, routing, follow-up, and measurement from first engagement through qualified conversation.
  • Establish a content-governance and lifecycle process to audit, refresh, consolidate, repurpose, or retire outdated assets while making high-value current content easier to discover and reuse.
  • Build a social and editorial strategy that intentionally balances customer proof, solution education, subject matter expertise, executive perspective, partner activity, events, and Blueprint's culture.
  • Turn conferences, webinars, and partner events into integrated campaigns with defined audiences, pre-event outreach, on-site activation, seller coordination, post-event follow-up, content reuse, and attributable results.
  • Establish practical lead-management and campaign-follow-up processes with Client Development and Sales Operations so engagement is captured, routed, acted on, and measured.
  • Define and monitor marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting across engagement, conversion, campaign performance, lead flow, pipeline contribution, partner activity, content performance, search visibility, and channel effectiveness.
  • Use campaign, customer, market, and competitive insights to improve targeting, messaging, investment decisions, and future programs.
  • Manage the marketing budget, vendors, agencies, freelancers, tools, timelines, and deliverables with clear priorities and accountability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing Coordinator by setting priorities, clarifying ownership, removing barriers, reviewing work, and creating opportunities for growth.
  • Improve marketing processes, documentation, asset organization, automation, and AI-enabled workflows without adding unnecessary complexity.

What Success Looks Like

  • Blueprint has a focused marketing plan and a consistent external story that are clearly connected to business priorities and carried through to execution.
  • Campaigns reach defined audiences with strong messaging, coordinated seller follow-up, and measurable contribution to qualified pipeline and account engagement.
  • Client Development and solution leaders have current, useful content and sales materials that help them open conversations and advance opportunities.
  • Strategic partner marketing produces coordinated activity, stronger visibility, and real customer or pipeline opportunities rather than isolated events or one-off assets.
  • Blueprint's market-facing presence consistently communicates technical credibility, quantified customer outcomes, differentiated solutions, and the breadth of the company's capabilities.
  • The website, social channels, events, content, and sales follow-up operate as connected customer journeys with clear calls to action and measurable conversion.
  • High-value content is current, discoverable, reusable, and intentionally repurposed; outdated messaging and assets do not remain active by default.
  • Marketing priorities, timelines, budgets, results, and risks are visible, and performance data leads to clear decisions and continuous improvement.
  • The Marketing Coordinator has clear direction, effective support, appropriate ownership, and meaningful opportunities to grow.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three to five years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including ownership of integrated campaigns and experience leading people, vendors, agencies, or complex cross-functional work.
  • Experience in a technology, consulting, professional services, data, AI, cloud, or similarly complex B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect marketing strategy and execution to demand generation, sales enablement, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong writing, editing, messaging, and storytelling skills, including the ability to make technical subject matter clear and compelling without losing credibility.
  • Experience planning and executing across content, email, social media, web, events, webinars, partner marketing, paid media, and account-based programs.
  • Experience improving website messaging, content architecture, conversion paths, calls to action, lead capture, SEO, and content lifecycle governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to build customer-proof and thought-leadership programs from interviews with executives, customers, and technical subject matter experts.
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to establish priorities, manage dependencies, and move multiple initiatives through completion.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, freelancers, agencies, tools, and campaign resources.
  • Strong analytical judgment and the ability to turn campaign and funnel data into practical recommendations.
  • A collaborative, low-ego leadership style combined with high standards, direct communication, initiative, and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise CRM, marketing automation, lead-management, and campaign-attribution platforms.
  • Experience with WordPress or another content management system, web analytics, SEO tools, and paid digital advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn campaign strategy, account-based marketing, and B2B event or webinar programs.
  • Experience supporting partner-led or co-marketing motions within a technology ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with design and content-production tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience marketing data, analytics, AI, cloud, Databricks, or productized technology solutions.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve research, content development, personalization, campaign operations, reporting, or team productivity.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
