As an SDR Manager at Branch, you will play a critical role in our growth by leading and developing a team of SDRs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for collaboration and a strong sense of accountability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment, fostering teamwork, and ensuring that our SDR team meets and exceeds its targets. This role is hybrid and required to work in our downtown Austin office a minimum of 3 days per week.

As an SDR Manager, you’ll get to:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SDRs to ensure individual and team success.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Develop and implement effective SDR strategies to drive lead generation and qualification.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and messaging.
  • Coordinate with Product teams to stay informed about product updates and enhancements.Experiences Establish and maintain accountability for team performance through consistent monitoring and reporting.
  • Implement effective training programs to ensure SDRs are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and manage underperformance with clear action plans.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine SDR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive.
  • Implement and leverage sales technology and tools to optimize team performance.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years + of experience in a sales development rep role and with at least 1 year in a sales development management position with a SasS company.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing successful SDR teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience leading a team in a hybrid work environment going into the office 3+ days per week
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of accountability and commitment to team and company success.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.

This role will be based at our Austin, TX office and follows a 3-day a week in office Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Austin, TX is $120,000 - $145,000 (OTE). Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Austin, TX only. Compensation for candidates outside of Austin, TX will be based on the candidate’s specific work location. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above. Compensation for this role is base compensation + commission. Compensation shown is on target earning.

The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
