What You'll Do
As a key member of our Independent Living Sales and Marketing team, you will guide prospective residents through their journey to becoming part of the Broadmead community. This role combines relationship-building, consultative sales, marketing, and exceptional customer service.
In This Role, You Will:
- Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families through phone calls, meetings, email outreach, events, and community engagement activities.
- Conduct personalized community tours and showcase the Broadmead lifestyle.
- Manage leads through the sales cycle using CRM tools and best-practice follow-up strategies.
- Develop and execute individualized sales approaches based on each prospect's unique needs and goals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed occupancy and sales objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping prospects understand residency options, financial plans, and community offerings.
- Coordinate move-in activities alongside internal teams to ensure a seamless resident experience.
- Participate in marketing events, presentations, and outreach initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and prospect communications within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, HIPAA requirements, and community policies.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Strong consultative and persuasive selling skills
- Experience building long-term relationships and managing extended sales cycles
- Excellent phone, presentation, and one-on-one sales abilities
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- The ability to adapt sales strategies to individual customer needs
- Comfort discussing financial options and service agreements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional customer service
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three years of sales and/or marketing experience working with older adults or a similar client population
- Proven technology proficiency and CRM experience
Preferred
- Experience managing a long sales cycle (12-18 months)
- Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or lifestyle sales experience
