C3 AI is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances to lead C3 AI's relationships with the leading data and AI platform providers, beginning with Snowflake and Databricks. You will own the joint go-to-market strategy, drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and align C3 AI's platform and applications with each partner's data ecosystem to create differentiated joint value for customers. The ideal candidate blends commercial drive with the technical fluency to speak credibly about data architecture, the modern data stack, and enterprise AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end relationship with Snowflake and Databricks, including the joint business plan, shared targets, and recurring operating cadence.
  • Build and execute a joint go-to-market strategy that drives partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and closed revenue.
  • Develop co-sell motions across C3 AI field sales and the partners' sales, alliances, and field-engineering teams; source, register, and advance joint opportunities.
  • Define joint solutions, integrations, and reference architectures that pair C3 AI applications with each partner's data platform.
  • Drive co-marketing programs, including joint events, content, and demand-generation campaigns.
  • Coordinate across C3 AI sales, product, engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure partners receive the enablement and technical support needed to win together.
  • Establish and track partnership KPIs, including sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, win rate, and joint customer wins; report to senior leadership.
  • Stay current on each partner's product roadmap, marketplace programs, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; MBA strongly preferred (recent graduates welcome to apply).
  • 3–5 years in management consulting, enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally including time at a data platform, cloud, or enterprise-software company (or serving clients of this profile).
  • Hands-on fluency with the modern data and AI stack — data warehousing and lakehouse architectures, SQL, Spark/Delta/Iceberg, dbt, notebooks, and ML/MLOps pipelines — sufficient to engage credibly with data engineers, solution architects, and field-engineering teams at a leading data platform.
  • Working knowledge of how Snowflake and Databricks differ in architecture, positioning, and go-to-market, plus the consumption-based business models and cloud-marketplace motions (AWS, Azure, GCP) that drive their partner ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to carry and influence a revenue or pipeline number, and to translate a partner's platform roadmap into joint go-to-market and co-sell motions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the executive presence to operate with senior partner stakeholders and the technical credibility to earn trust with their product and field teams.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Willingness to travel to partner and customer sites as needed.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.

C3 AI provides excellent benefits, a competitive compensation package and generous equity plan.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
