The Product Marketing organization is responsible for inbound and outbound aspects of C3 AI's products. Product Marketing interacts with C3 AI’s existing and prospective customers to bring the voice of our customers to our product roadmap; help drive go-to-market strategies; develop product messaging and positioning; enable sales with a robust portfolio of content and training; develop messages to support our GTM; help craft product pricing; engage with research analysts; and work with marketing to run effective customer engagement and awareness campaigns.

Product Marketing is vital to growing C3 AI’s business, influencing the product roadmap, supporting sales efforts with marketing collateral, and ultimately growing the Asset Performance Product Suite revenue.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for how C3 AI Applications and tools are positioned. You will live the customer journey, help us define future innovation, identify and execute on market opportunities, build stories to help us engage current and future customers for long term success, all while differentiating us from the competition. Your impact will touch all parts of the company and help us fuel our growth across industries and buyers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and track key business metrics for your products, evaluating the state of your business.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and new releases. The GTM activities may include both inbound and outbound programs such as campaigns, webinars, events, etc.
  • Develop compelling, easy-to-understand, comprehensive external product content (including proactively) to support sales and GTM efforts. The content may include data sheets and product case studies, website content, blogs, webinars, solution guides, product launches, competitive analysis, etc. The content may showcase existing products as well as new products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of C3 AI products and C3 Agentic AI Platform. Must be able to train other C3 AI teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, etc.) on the products. Develop, own, and maintain training materials.
  • Partner with Product Management to define market opportunity and influence roadmap priorities. Form opinions on the existing and potential roadmaps and advocate for specific roadmap components based on market research.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and maintain relationships with Product, customer-facing teams (Solutions, Services), Sales, Pre-sales. Develop bilateral communication channels to discover the voice of customer (and incorporate it into the marketing collateral) as well as share out new work and materials.
  • Work with Marketing and other teams to enable appropriate product positioning and product materials on the C3 AI website; and run appropriate campaigns to create product awareness.
  • Present with authority at industry conferences, panels, webinars, and customers and internal events.
  • Work with Sales and Pre-sales to inspire, motivate and ultimately win customer business through the sales cycle; meet and interact with customers through the sales cycle.
  • Occasional travel might be required (less than 10%).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) strongly preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience delivering compelling product marketing results and product revenue growth.
  • Demonstrable domain expertise in any of the following: enterprise go-to-market strategies, product positioning, , enterprise sales collateral, competitive analysis, or digital marketing and targeting.
  • Experience managing and developing new product marketing programs with clear data-driven results.
  • Ability to juggle projects simultaneously, working both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross functional teams including Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams to achieve results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.

California Base Pay Range

$149,000 - $175,000 USD
