Overview of the Role

  • Supporting sales team with tasks as directed including but not limited to: 
    • Sales presentations/ sell sheets 
    • Customer daily inquiry management 
    • Client & team communication 
    • Program coordinator 
    • Sales data reports 
    • Customer forms – new item forms, promotional forms, price increase forms 
    • Customer system maintenance 
    • Projects as necessary based on deadlines from customers 
  • Location: Fully Remote - West Coast

What You’ll Do at C.A. Carlin

  • Manage, support our West Convenience team
  • Create internal marketing materials to support internal team 
  • Ensure sales materials are available and supplied, including samples, sell sheets, specifications, IRC’s, etc 
  • Consistent and quality completion of assigned duties   
  • Additional support as appropriate to assigned sales team/ customer deadlines 


What You Should Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
  • 0-3 years of professional consumer-packaged goods experience
  • Understanding of the food and beverage distribution network and retail landscape
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented; enjoys working tasks to completion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients, customers, & colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), and Adobe Acrobat
