THINGS YOU WILL DO

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support Treasury transformation and technology initiatives within a global banking environment. The role involves working closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Technology teams to enhance liquidity management, funding processes, regulatory reporting, and Treasury systems.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for Treasury processes and systems.
Support initiatives related to liquidity risk, cash management, funding, and balance sheet management.
Analyse data flows, reconciliations, and reporting processes across Treasury, Finance, and Risk systems.
Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and data quality improvements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to support solution delivery and UAT.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven Business Analysis experience within Banking, Treasury, Finance, or Risk.
Understanding of Treasury operations, liquidity management, funding, and Asset & Liability Management (ALM).
Knowledge of LCR, NSFR, liquidity risk metrics, and regulatory reporting.
Strong SQL, Excel, data analysis, and reconciliation skills.
Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, Agile delivery, and UAT.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Basel III, ILAAP, and Treasury regulatory frameworks.
Experience with Treasury Management Systems, ALM platforms, or liquidity reporting tools.
Familiarity with Python, Power BI, Jira, and Confluence.
Experience in Treasury transformation, regulatory change, or process automation.
