About True North Insights

True North Insights is a global expert network that connects organizations with subject matter experts who provide critical insights to inform strategic decision-making.

We believe the right knowledge can move the world forward. Since day one, that belief has driven everything we do. We exist to break through complexity, giving global investors and business leaders frictionless access to the insights that matter most — insights that fuel confident decisions, unlock opportunity, and power successful careers.

Founded in 2019 in New York City, our firm has skyrocketed from launch to becoming #7 in North America and #10 globally in just five years — and we’re just getting started. As we expand into Europe and beyond, there’s never been a better time to join our high-growth, global team.

  • This job is night shift supporting our NYC office
  • This Job is a hybrid. In-office is required 3 days per week. Note: You will be on-site 5 days until you complete your training period and achieve your KPIs. Then hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days remote in our Armstrong Corporate Center – Makati

Why Join Us?

A career in our client services practice will provide you the opportunity to help institutional investors and management consultants discover new insights and make cutting edge business decisions by connecting them with industry subject matter experts for 1-1 discussions. As part of our team, you will develop a deep understanding of a client's underlying research interest and build a knowledge base of multiple industries.

No two days are the same at True North Insights. At one moment you will be assisting a hedge fund's research into the European airlines market by recruiting an industry expert in the space. At the next you will be working alongside a global management consulting firm and speaking to a former c-suite executive from a Fortune 500 company who can provide insights into the United States eCommerce and Grocery Delivery space.

Does this sound interesting to you?
