What You’ll Do

As an Associate on our Client Services team, you’ll take full ownership of projects that directly influence our clients’ strategic outcomes. From sourcing experts to managing fast-moving communications and coordinating logistics, you’ll operate as the key driver between client needs and insight delivery. This is a front-line, client-facing role for driven professionals who thrive on responsibility, urgency, and impact.

No two days are the same. One hour you might be supporting a consulting firm evaluating grocery eCommerce by sourcing a former Fortune 10 executive; the next, helping a hedge fund understand aviation trends by recruiting a European airline specialist—under a deadline.

  • Own expert engagement from end to end: sourcing, vetting, outreach, and scheduling
  • Speak directly with experts and stakeholders across industries and time zones
  • Deliver on tight timelines across multiple fast-moving client workstreams
  • Understand business problems quickly and match them with relevant industry expertise
  • Drive outcomes through sound judgment, clear communication, and relentless follow-through

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (strong academic performance)
  • At least 6 months of relevant professional experience (client-facing role is a plus)
  • Outstanding communicator with strong business instincts; Demonstrated ability to conduct professional phone calls and write clear, concise emails to senior executives
  • Strong fluency in verbal and written English and Mandarin
  • Thrives in deadline-driven environments and takes ownership of results
  • Resourceful, proactive, and highly accountable

Recruitment Process

Step 1: Spark Hire Video Interview
Candidates complete a video interview with pre-recorded questions. Submissions are reviewed for initial fit.

Step 2: Recruiter Interview
Live interview focused on experience, role expectations, culture fit, and salary and availability.

Step 3: Case Study Interview (PH Managers)
Candidates complete and present a case study. Evaluation focuses on problem-solving, communication, and role-specific skills.

Step 4: Final Interview (New York Leadership)
Final discussion to assess leadership alignment, long-term potential, and overall fit. A hiring decision follows.
