The Role

We're looking for a strategic, creative, and driven Jr. Account Executive to help unlock growth within our Enterprise client base. At the core, this role is all about building demand, driving engagement, and finding innovative ways to expand Ceros' footprint within our existing customers' organizations.

You'll work closely with Account Executives to understand the landscape of key accounts and design tailored outreach strategies that generate meaningful conversations. This means thinking beyond cold calls and emails — you will leverage content, personalize messaging, use industry insights, and craft multi-channel campaigns to ensure that every relevant stakeholder within an organization knows who we are and how we can help.

Having mastered the fundamentals of outbound outreach, you are now ready to operate at the intersection of human strategy and machine efficiency. You aren't just using AI to fix your grammar, but are a curious architect of AI workflows, comfortable moving between multiple AI-driven platforms to amplify your output and scale your impact across accounts.

Success in this role is measured by net new conversations booked, but the approach is anything but transactional. We’re looking for someone who can learn fast, think critically, and execute creatively by mapping out accounts, crafting value-driven narratives, and delivering the right message to the right person at the right time. You’re consistently exceeding targets through a blend of grit and technological sophistication.

This role is designed for those who have the ambition to progress into AE, Customer Success, or Strategic Accounts within 12-24 months by demonstrating they can lead in the new era of AI-integrated sales. This is a fully outbound role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with AEs to design and execute targeted demand-generation strategies that drive new conversations and expansion opportunities within customer accounts.
  • Ensure every key stakeholder within an organization is aware of Ceros and its value, leveraging a mix of personalized outreach, strategic content, and multi-channel engagement.
  • Generate and book qualified meetings through a mix of phone calls, LinkedIn outreach, personalized emails, and creative content-driven engagement.
  • Leverage research tools such as 10-K reports and industry analyses to strategically map accounts and identify key decision-makers.
  • Manage multiple AI tools and platforms, moving seamlessly between them to optimize your workflow and increase outreach velocity, going beyond basic AI assistants to leverage platforms like Amplemarket, Common Room, and similar tools.
  • Develop account-specific engagement plans, tailoring messaging and outreach strategies based on industry trends, customer needs, and Ceros' value proposition.
  • Provide valuable, relevant insights to customers by curating and sharing content, case studies, and industry reports that align with their priorities.
  • Track and manage outreach efforts in HubSpot and other sales tools, ensuring organized follow-up and data-driven decision-making.
  • Master internal systems and AI-driven sales tools (HubSpot, Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Metabase) to optimize workflow and engagement.

Practical Stuff We Anticipate You Having

  • General sales experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Some understanding of the sales process, from marketing through prospecting, cold calling, generating interest, and handing off to sales
  • Ability to write coherent, strategic emails and willingness to make 2-3 hours of cold calls a day
  • A strong curiosity about how AI is shaping modern sales. You're comfortable leveraging AI capabilities within tools beyond ChatGPT and Gemini, and eager to experiment with new tools that streamline your process
  • Ability to articulate unique value propositions and persuade prospects
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with C-suite and VP-level executives and decision-makers
  • Ability to work in a changing environment with an ever-evolving product

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
