What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads, routing larger opportunities to field sales or channel partners while independently owning suitable opportunities through to close.
  • Generate outbound sales opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct discovery conversations and product demonstrations that align ChargePoint solutions to customer business challenges.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and resellers to develop and advance joint opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales leadership regarding lead quality, customer objections, and market trends.

 

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills with the ability to manage both inbound and outbound activity.
  • Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations and effectively uncover customer requirements.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities across customers and partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales activity and pipeline data.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of inside sales, business development, or related sales experience.
  • Experience within technology, SaaS, or solution-based selling environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong objection-handling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent French and professional level English required
  • Experience within EV charging, energy, or sustainability sectors is beneficial but not required.
