The Role

Cockroach Labs is looking for a Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for the execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for programs to generate and nurture leads via email, webinars, content syndication, and co-marketing with partners. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue. To be eligible for this role, you must be based in the Austin area and will be expected to come into our Downtown Austin office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

You Will

  • Design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.  
  • Create impactful email and nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
  • Manage our webinar program with regular global webinars in partnership with product and content marketing teams and support regional webinars across the EMEA, APAC and AMER.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue
  • Ensure ongoing optimization and analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to meet sales targets

You Have

  • 3+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS
  • Experience in the development of creative, integrated campaigns and execution of email marketing, webinars, social advertising, and content syndication programs
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
  • Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management and communication skills

The annual anticipated base salary range for U.S. candidates for this role is listed in USD below. Salary is one component of the Cockroach Labs’ Total Rewards package, which also includes, for each employee: stock options, medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, life and disability insurance, funds towards professional development resources, flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays a year, 10 paid sick days a year, paid parental leave, a 401(k) plan, and wellbeing benefits.  

We set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Actual salaries may vary and fall outside of this range depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, and competencies. In addition, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. 

Salaries for candidates outside the U.S. will vary based on local compensation structures.
